As a seasoned creator in the toy design industry, this customer has a passion for tackling complex 3D printing projects. One of the characters he long dreamed of recreating was the playful and expressive GG Bond—a classic childhood favorite.
At first, he tried printing the model with standard filament, but the results were far from satisfactory. After long hours of printing, the model surface came out rough with visible layer lines, failing to capture the smooth details of the original design. Moreover, the printed parts lacked strength and hardness, were prone to cracking, and showed white marks after minor scratches.
