Creative Inspiration and Printing Process
An experienced 3D printing enthusiast was inspired to recreate a set of adorable Labubu figurines after seeing their charming appearance. “It would be so much fun to print these little cuties and display them in my room,” the customer thought—and immediately got started.

Drawing on extensive printing experience, the customer chose the NextShapes Standard PLA filament. Known for being eco-friendly, non-toxic, and compatible with most desktop 3D printers, this filament proved to be a reliable choice. During the print, a nozzle temperature of 205°C and an infill speed of 450 mm/s ensured smooth extrusion. There were no issues, such as clogging or tangling, throughout the process. Once the print was complete, the self-supporting structures peeled away effortlessly, leaving a smooth surface with minimal need for post-processing. The rounded body and playful expression of Labubu were captured with impressive accuracy.

Material Performance and Emotional Value
The filament’s high precision further enhanced the printing experience. For parts around 10 cm in size, dimensional deviation was kept within 0.1 mm, allowing for easy assembly of all components. What’s more, the inclusion of proprietary nano-functional additives in the filament gave the prints a refined texture, bringing out fine details and making the Labubu model even more lifelike.

Now, the customer proudly displays the 3D-printed Labubu on her desk. Each glance at the figure not only brings a sense of joy but also rekindles the satisfaction of creating something by hand. This 3D printing journey, sparked by a simple idea, became a warm reminder that the things we make ourselves often carry the most meaning.
