A customer came across a video featuring an irresistibly cute Labubu figurine. Captivated by its charm, and being a 3D printing enthusiast, she immediately decided to print a few Labubu models to decorate her room.

A Seamless Printing Experience with Standard PLA
For the project, the customer chose NextShapes Standard PLA filament. Its eco-friendly, non-toxic formula ensured a safe, odor-free printing process, and its broad compatibility made it suitable for most 3D printers on the market. She set the nozzle temperature to 205°C and used a high-speed printer with a 450 mm/s infill speed. Throughout the print, the filament extruded smoothly with no clogs or tangles.

One standout feature was the excellent performance with self-supporting structures. Once printing was complete, the supports peeled off effortlessly, leaving behind smooth contact surfaces that required little to no post-processing. Even better, the material showed near-zero warping. The Labubu model maintained its full form, with even the tail’s curve preserved perfectly.

Precision and Texture That Bring Details to Life
What truly impressed the customer was the dimensional accuracy of Standard PLA. For parts around 10 cm in size, the margin of error stayed within 0.1 mm, making it easy to assemble all components precisely. The filament is also enhanced with proprietary nano-functional materials, resulting in a fine surface texture and crisp detailing across the entire model.

After printing, the customer proudly hung the finished Labubu on her desk. Every glance at it brought a sense of joy, not only from the finished piece, but from the satisfaction of creating it by hand. This project, sparked by pure passion, reminded her how fulfilling and enjoyable 3D printing can be, especially when the beauty created stays in one’s little world.
