One of our customers, who had previously purchased our Standard Pro rigid resin, reported excellent results. The print success rate was high, and there were no instances of cracking in the printed parts. On this visit, the customer took the opportunity to assess the performance of our Standard PLA as well.

In addition to praising our Standard Pro resin, the customer also shared insights into the current state of the 3D printing industry in their city. They mentioned that many local competitors are focusing on the FDM sector. The customer had purchased several FDM printers and started taking on FDM-related print orders.

His customer specifically pointed out that the texture of the sample must be delicate, so he immediately thought of using our materials to meet this requirement.

NextShapes' Standard PLA incorporates a self-developed nano-functional material as a crystallization nucleating agent. This improves the crystallization behavior of the filament, resulting in higher print quality and more refined surface textures. Additionally, Standard PLA is enhanced with PPAT, which effectively increases both elongation at break and impact resistance, allowing it to better withstand the stresses of daily use and reduce the risk of damage from brittle fractures.

After personally observing and testing the strength and hardness of the printed Standard PLA parts, the customer was highly satisfied and placed a large order for the material.
