We met a customer who works in the audio industry today. In his daily work, he would use white materials to quickly print prototypes of new products to test the design effect, helping him reduce development time and gain a competitive edge in the market.
Since the temperature resistance of white materials on the market is only 40°C, every summer, this customer will encounter the problem of the prototype model becoming soft and needing to be reprinted. This not only seriously delayed the progress of product development, but has also led to a substantial waste of manpower and resources, causing him considerable frustration.
Recognizing the limitations in heat resistance of white resin on the market, NextShapes developed the third-generation white resin 8111X with a temperature resistance of nearly 60°C, specifically to address this problem. In addition, 8111X marks a major performance breakthrough, offering higher strength, increased hardness, and superior toughness.
The customer carefully examined the appearance of 8111X samples and personally tested its performance, giving it high praise afterward. We also demonstrated the post-processing workflow for the 8111X samples, and he was very satisfied with the surface drying, which he believes will significantly reduce the time needed for subsequent sanding and painting.
Before saying goodbye, we learned that he had come to us based on a recommendation from an existing customer, for which I was very grateful. Ultimately, he decided to buy 30 barrels of 8111X resin to observe the actual use effect.
We are grateful for the trust that our customers place in us and the recommendations from our loyal customers. We will continue to work hard to enhance our products and services, ensuring every customer enjoys the highest quality experience.
